After being present last year at the second edition of Plug-In, it was with great pleasure that I accepted the invitation of the School of Media Arts and Design (ESMAD) to attend another edition of the event.

Plug-In is an event promoted by ESMAD that aims to integrate finalist students into the job market, exposing them to potential recruiters and companies working in the sectors of their fields of study.

ESMAD has invited about 20 companies from the outlets of the school's educational offer, including ZALOX, intending to foster partnerships for curricular internships and project development in the companies.

Similar to last year, the event started with an opening session, followed by a speed-dating session, in which students and teachers approached the representatives of the invited companies and asked questions and exchanged ideas in an informal communication environment.

There were dozens of Design, Multimedia, Communication and Audiovisual Technology students with whom I talked  about the job market, Zalox's recruitment areas and the candidate profiles we are looking for.

The balance I make of my participation in another edition of Plug-In is extremely positive. To ESMAD, the Plug-In organization, the teachers and the students, I thank you for the invitation and how kindly you received me. The door remains open for future collaborations and more networking opportunities.
